Or, for those who want, a garnish of rice. I like it very much, but there is an impediment: the whole secret of this simple recipe is an ingredient that I have not seen in Romania: "holy basil". It is a variety of basil that has a special aroma, but which can be approximated by combining the classic European basil (Italian, not Greek!) With some mint. It is almost a sacrilege, but there is no other solution, because that variety of basil is special in flavor and consistency of the leaves. How do I know? I read and. 300 g boneless chicken (I only used breast, but you can also use boneless legs)

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 285 g of pasta
  • 230 g shrimp (washed and peeled)
