I prepared only two portions but larger than for adults. For children you can replace coffee with cocoa or carob powder.

The recipe is as I wrote for two larger portions or 4 smaller ones.

  • 150ml espresso coffee prepared with Cafe del Sol
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 60g old
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 200ml whipped cream
  • 200ml kettle coffee prepared with Cafe del Sol
  • 150g biscuits
  • cocoa powder for decoration

For the beginning, I mixed the egg yolk with the sugar, the starch and the espresso, then I put them on low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickened to the consistency of a pudding. I let it cool well.

I mixed the whipped cream well until it turned into whipped cream.

I put the coffee and egg mixture over the whipped cream and mixed lightly until I got a fluffy composition. You can add a few drops of rum essence, I didn't put it because I didn't want to change the taste of the coffee.

Separately we prepare the biscuits, coffee and cups where we will assemble the dessert.

Pass the biscuits through the cooled coffee and place them on the bottom of the cups. It would be good if you initially put a thin layer of cream.

Put whipped cream and coffee over them, then biscuits soaked in coffee again and then cream again. Powder the cocoa on top and let them rest in the cold for an hour.

Refrigerate the pan for 10 minutes.Then grease the top of the tray with caramelized condensed milk.Dissolve the lemon jelly in a bowl of hot water and let it cool a bit.

Beat the sweet cream and whipped cream powder with the mixer.Add the jelly and mix well. Divide the cream obtained into three equal parts. Pour some of the cream over the condensed milk in the pan.

Cut the kiwi fruit into slices and place them over the cream.Pour the second cream on top and cut the mandarins into slices. Put slices of tangerine over the cream. Cover with remaining cream.Give the chocolate through a large-eyed grater. Sprinkle grated chocolate over the cake.Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours. Squeeze the water gelatin and dissolve it in the microwave for about 15 seconds and add it over the mousse.

Add the ferrero candies over the mousse and mix.

We pour the composition over the biscuit top and with the help of a spatula we spread the pieces of ferrero in the tray so that they do not all remain in the same place.

Refrigerate the pan for about 5 hours.

Ganache preparation:

Pour the cream over the broken chocolate over the pieces and melt it in the microwave oven, at the end add the butter and mix well.

When the chocolate reaches room temperature, take the tray out of the fridge and pour half of it over the cake and cover the other with cling film and put it in the fridge for 3 hours with the cake.

After the 3 hours have passed, take the chocolate out of the fridge, pour 100 ml of whipped cream over it and mix.
