If you find canned boiled chickpeas it's very good, I didn't find it so I boiled it.
Put the chickpeas soaked in water overnight. Discard the water in which it was placed and put another, then boil for about 3 hours. Allow to cool, peel and mix by pouring a little of the water in which it boiled. When it gets the consistency of a thicker cream, add the lemon juice, oil, salt and garlic and mix until smooth.
I didn't have tahini paste, but it's very good anyway.
