Step 1. Since the meat has to be marinated, we will first take care of its preparation.

Wash the meat well and cut it into slightly larger and thicker cubes, about 2 cm. Put the meat in a bowl (not metal!) And season with salt, pepper and paprika, to taste. I also added a little cumin and oregano! For the acidification, in addition to the tomato juice, I also added lemon juice and a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and for an extra flavor I also grated the peel of a quarter of organic lemon. Crush the garlic cloves, cut them into small pieces, add them to the bowl together with the oil and mix well. I don't use garlic very much because I also like to taste the meat! We cover the pot (I put it in a plastic bag that I sealed! And put it in the cold for at least 30 minutes.

Observation: If we want, we can first prepare the marinade by mixing the ingredients until the composition becomes homogeneous, after which we incorporate the pieces of meat.

Step 2. While the meat is soaking, we take care of the vegetables. For mushrooms, remove the legs and possibly the skin from above, if it bothers our taste and wash them. Peel an onion, wash it and cut it into 3/4 pieces. We wash the peppers and cut them into suitable pieces to be "pricked". We also wash the tomatoes and if they are too big, we cut them in half. Sprinkle a little salt, pepper, paprika and oil on vegetables.

Step 3. Now is the time to use our imagination to establish the order in which we will "shoot the ingredients in the thorn", alternating vegetables with meat. The intention is to get a play of colors as pleasing to the eye. I put a piece of tomato, a piece of kaizer, a piece of mushroom, a piece of yellow pepper, a piece of pork, a piece of green pepper, a piece of bacon, a piece of onion, a piece of red pepper, a piece of pork, a piece of mushroom, a piece of kaizer, a piece of tomato, on each spike. I put a teaspoon of marinade in each mushroom hat! 12 skewers resulted. I had 8 pieces of cherry tomatoes that were enough for 4 skewers. For the others I used 8 slightly smaller tomatoes, which I cut in half.

Step 4. Heat the electric grill well (on a medium level not to the maximum!) And grease it with a little oil or bacon. We put the skewers on the grill. Mine being smaller, they fit 4 pieces per batch. Fry the skewers for approx. Turn them on all sides for 20 minutes, so that they brown evenly (about 5 minutes on each side). We are very careful not to burn them. During frying, we can add the rest of the marinade, if we want. When they are ready we put them on a plate.

We can serve the skewers while they are still hot, only with assorted vegetables or with baked, fried or natural potatoes and with a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and green onions! The meat is soft and juicy and the cooked vegetables are very tasty and dietary.

Around the pieces of cabanos (about 2 cm) roll the strips of chicken breast cut according to thickness and then wrap in thin slices of bacon.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Add a mixture of spices (salt, pepper, chicken spices, paprika and garlic powder) over the pieces and set aside. During this time, cut all the vegetables just like the chicken. Special bamboo chopsticks for skewers are watered so as not to burn on the grill. The chicken and vegetable dishes are placed on alternate bamboo sticks.

Leave on the grill for about 15-20 minutes.

Wash the tomatoes and wipe with a paper towel. All the vegetables prepared in this way will be marinated in olive oil for 15 minutes.

After marinating, they will be fired on wooden skewers.

Meanwhile, the grill is hot and we fry the marinated cheese together with the vegetable skewers.

Let the cheese fry for about 5 minutes on each side, and the vegetable skewers until the vegetables soften a little, but still remain a little crispy.

1 pork tenderloin (approx. 400 gr)
1/2 small onion (about 20 gr)
2 large cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
3/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon vinegar (cider or red wine)
2 tablespoons olive oil
big salt, black pepper
1 green pepper with thin skin (do not use green bell pepper, it has too thick walls)

For serving: Tabasco sauce, parsley oil and fried baguette slices

Heat the grill and fry them on both sides, meanwhile, prepare the sauce: clean and finely grind the garlic, rub it with two tablespoons of oil, add the mustard, sour cream and season with salt.

Arrange the skewers in a clay pot and serve with garlic sauce.
