L'chocolate egg stuffed with tiramisu is an elegant spoon dessert perfect to prepare at Easter. The recipe is very simple, it is made in a short time by filling half shells of Easter egg with slices of colomba dipped in coffee and mascarpone cream.
You can serve it at the end of a meal or give it as a gift by wrapping it with transparent paper and a nice colored bow.
I prepared it to surprise my mother, she was really delighted by this dessert that combines two of her great passions: chocolate and tiramisu; P
This recipe can be useful even after Easter, you will certainly have a lot of eggs to dispose of and if you also add the colomba, this becomes a perfect recipe for recycling but with taste;)

How to make tiramisu stuffed egg
Start working the cream with the mascarpone, whipping everything with a whisk until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Add the icing sugar and mix.
Divide the chocolate egg in two very carefully.
Prepare the coffee and cut the dove into very thin slices.
Fill each egg half with a layer of dove that you will sprinkle with coffee.
Now cover with the mascarpone cream.
Add the second layer of colomba, sprinkle with the coffee and always cover with the cream.
Form the last layer, ending with the mascarpone cream then finish with a sprinkling of cocoa.
Let the chocolate egg rest in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Decorated with tufts of cream or fresh fruit, your tiramisu-stuffed egg is ready to be brought to the table.
